Leads and carries out the administrative functions of the organization.
Facilitate in implementation of facility management, safety and security.
Guides and acts as a legal and regulatory counsel and monitors compliance in matters related to pay-tv services.
Ensures sufficient security and risk mitigation systems are taken for the safety of premises, assets and employees.
Prepare and maintain all types of local contracts/agreements.
Quarterly audit all utility bills to discontinue any unused number or meter.
Biannual evaluation and proper assessment of all Medianet facilities to be done with an in- Person visits with the resulting document to be presented to the management.
Ensures all facilities are kept in good working order including Air-condition lock systems and CCTV etc.
Maintaining and archiving of all key documents as per company procedures.
Liaise with Finance in ensuring all utility bills, rent payments, infrastructure/asset insurance, rebroadcasting and other company fees are paid on time.
Responsible for maintenance and renovation of all facilities.
Process expatriates work visa and other documentation, ensure visa fees are paid and work permits are extended before due period
Preparing payroll / Pension in HR system
