Job Title: Admin & HR Officer
Job Description:
- Attend to phone calls, faxes and direct calls or faxes to relevant departments
- Collect all incoming and documents and forward to relevant departments timely.
- Maintain proper records of all procurement related activities
- All other duties of a similar nature and scope assigned.
Qualification:
- minimum A/Level 2 passes (Pref: maths english) OR O/Level 3 passes (Pref: maths english dhivehi)
- Previous experience in administrative work will be and added advantage
- Overall knowledge in HR functions including sourcing and recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits management.
- Excellent communication skills in Dhivehi and English.
- Computer literate, especially in MS Office packages.
- Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and co-ordination skills with minimum supervision.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism.
- Positive attitude and Pleasant Personality.
- Priority will be given to Maldivians
Salary: MVR 5000 – MVR 8000. (Starting Salary)
