We are looking for proficient & enthusiastic individual to join our company for following posts.

Job Title: Admin & HR Officer

Job Description:

• Attend to phone calls, faxes and direct calls or faxes to relevant departments
• Collect all incoming and documents and forward to relevant departments timely.
• Maintain proper records of all procurement related activities
• All other duties of a similar nature and scope assigned.

Qualification:

• minimum A/Level 2 passes (Pref: maths english) OR O/Level 3 passes (Pref: maths english dhivehi)
• Previous experience in administrative work will be and added advantage
• Overall knowledge in HR functions including sourcing and recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits management.
• Excellent communication skills in Dhivehi and English.
• Computer literate, especially in MS Office packages.
• Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and co-ordination skills with minimum supervision.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism.
• Positive attitude and Pleasant Personality.
• Priority will be given to Maldivians

Salary:                   MVR 5000 – MVR 8000. (Starting Salary)
