Requirements:
- Male Only
- Ability to write, read and speak English.
- Computer literate
- Below 25 years of age
- Relevant experience in the similar field will be an added advantage.
- Should have driving license
Responsibilities:
• Assisting work permit/visa procedures
• Going to government offices for document submission, work visa appointments & passport collection/handover
• Organize Medical checkups for existing employees of the company when required
• Organize Reservations & Air tickets for Employees (Local & Foreign)
• Organize initial formalities for new staff, including Accommodation.
• Coordinate Permit renewals, including outlet health certificates, smoking permits, other etc.
• Undertaking administrative functions
• Communicating with public services when necessary
• Assist any in other tasks requested by department heads or line manager
