Eduvest is a leading education consultancy in the Maldives, dedicated to helping Maldivian students access world-class education opportunities in Malaysia, Australia, the UK, and other reputable global destinations. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin and Account Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative operations, including document preparation, filing, scheduling, and communication.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing, payments, petty cash, and expense tracking.
- Support the processing of student applications and maintain updated student records.
- Assist with organising and running expos and education events
- Coordinate with universities, service providers, and other stakeholders as required.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documentation for management.
- Handle general office duties and provide support to the management and student services team.
Requirements:
- O’Level or an equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in administration or accounting roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dhivehi.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work independently.
