Accounts/Admin Officer
(Locals preferred)
Workplace: Maldives Petroleum Link (Male’ office), Antrac tower
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics
- Minimum A’ Level standard
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in BOTH written and spoken English and Dhivehi
- Should be punctual, flexible and highly motivated
- Experience in working with Dynamics 365 and other ERP software’s would be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
- Preparing cheques / online transfers / vouchers and card payments
- Recording day to day transactions and preparing daily reports
- Maintaining schedule of regular payments and ensuring payments are made on time
- Ensure tax invoices are collected and maintained along with other supporting documents
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure payment terms are improved
- Reconciliation of AP accounts
- Assist in providing information / documentation in yearly financial audit along with other audits that may take place from time to time
- Other administrative works assigned by the department Manager/Management
Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday, 8:30am to 17:00pm
Salary Range: MVR12,000– MVR 15,000 (Depending on qualification and experience)
