Accounts Receivable Assistant
(Locals preferred)
Qualifications:
• Minimum A’ Level standard
• Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in BOTH written and spoken English and Dhivehi
• Should be punctual, flexible and highly motivated
• Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics is an added advantage
• Experience in working with Dynamics 365 and other ERP software’s would be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
• Preparing quotations / invoices and sending them to customers on a timely manner
• Recording daily sales items and providing tallied reports to the Supervisor
• Following up on pending receivables keeping track of due dates and customer comments
• Receiving and recording payments in the system
• Reconciliation of AR accounts
• Assist in providing information / documentation in yearly financial audit along with other audits that may take place from time to time
Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday, 8:30am to 17:00pm
Salary Range: (Depending on qualification and experience)
