Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team in Malé. This role is within a subsidiary of Centurion PLC and requires commitment, accuracy, and flexibility, including occasional travel and overnight stays.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely posting of transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Handle accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and petty cash management.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of company expenses.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders.
Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.
Perform any other finance-related tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 1 year of practical experience in accounting, financial operations, or ERP-based financial reporting.
Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) or actively pursuing such qualifications.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/ERP systems.
Flexibility to travel within Maldives and stay overnight when required.
Positive attitude, integrity, and commitment to organizational growth.
