Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Vouchers
Maintain accurate filing and documentation systems
Handle calls, emails, and communicating with different departments.
Assist with administrative tasks as required by the management team.
Requirements:
Basic Knowledge in accounting principle
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good attention to details and Accuracy
Prior experience in an accounting or finance role would be an added advantage.
