The Accounts Officer is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain financial records and process transactions.
Prepare financial reports and reconcile accounts.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
Support payroll processing and statutory deductions.
Assist in audits and financial analysis
Education:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Technical Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in handling accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel.
Familiar with Zoho Books or Odoo ERP
Other Preferences:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
