As an Accounts Assistant of JAYA, you will be to assisting to achieve the targets and objectives of the department on a regular basis. Your duties will mostly include:
Generate and send out invoices to clients.
Assist in preparing quotations.
Follow up on overdue payments and handle billing inquiries.
Record and reconcile payments received.
Assist auditors during the audit process
