Experience and skills required
■ GCE A' Level / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, any related field or 2+ Years Experience
■ Knowledge in Accounting concept and principles
■ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
■ Experience in QuickBooks and other accounting software’s would be an added advantage.
■ Excellent organizational and time management Skills
■ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
■ Fluent in BOTH written and spoken English and Dhivehi
■ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Roles & Responsibilities
■ Manage company documents, including filing, organizing, and archiving.
■ Handle all utility payments, phone bills, vehicle fees and etc. Ensure timely payments to vendors.
■ Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
■ Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
■ Assist with external auditors for annual audits.
■ Keep proper records of daily sales and transactions.
■ Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
■ Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, expenses and daily sales
