Job Description

We're Hiring: Accountant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting professional looking to develop their skills in a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Reconcile bank accounts and supplier/customer balances.
• Assist with monthly financial reports and management accounts.
• Process payments and monitor accounts receivable and payable.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
• Provide administrative and finance support as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates with strong academic records may also be considered).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
