About Us
We started the business White Wood Investments Private Limited (WWI) in 2012
through loan capital introduced by the two directors of the company Mr. Ibrahim
Naeem and Mr. Aboobakuru Luthufee.
The business started to operate a café restaurant at first. Other than running the
café, we saw this opportunity to enter the wholesale and retail business. We started
with few items which are exceedingly popular with households.
During the first few years of business, the Café restaurant “Kanzoori” in Malé was
doing well. To further invest in the market, we acquired another Café in the food
court area “A La Carte – Café and Bistro”.
We have recently acquired space for a wholesale business from Hulhumalé and we
are confident that this new addition would be profitable.
During the past few years, the business has suffered some loss due to the recent
pandemic on the economy. However, the business is recovering, thanks to the hard
work of our staff members in securing supplies from abroad.
Today, with two cafés in operation and enough inventories in our warehouses, we
are looking forward, with more passion and energy, to make a breakthrough in our
business
