Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team at ISIC Maldives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives, securing partnerships, and increasing the sales of ISIC cards. This role is integral in enhancing brand awareness and expanding the ISIC network across the Maldives, offering students unparalleled benefits and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote ISIC cards and related offers.
- Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses to secure exclusive offers for ISIC cardholders.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive card distribution efforts.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, webinars, and educational fairs to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and propose adjustments to the marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with external partners, media agencies, and vendors to execute marketing plans effectively.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and partner collaborations.
- Support customer service in addressing cardholder inquiries and managing complaints related to partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (minimum 2 years).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Maldives market and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, social media management, and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about education and student engagement.
