Hulhudhuffaaru Council is the local governing body of Hulhudhuffaaru Island in Raa Atoll, Maldives, responsible for administering community affairs, development projects, and public services for its residents. Hulhudhuffaaru is an inhabited island in Raa Atoll, Maldives, located about 184 km from Malé. Population is around 1,228 residents. The island was uninhabited until 1995, when people from two smaller islands (Ungulu and Undoodhoo) were relocated here.
