Background: Rider Levett Bucknall (Maldives) Pvt Ltd, trading under the name RLB Hooloomann, was registered in the Maldives in 2018. Our core focus revolves around participating in resort development projects in the region.
Regional Operations: Apart from our operations in the Maldives, RLB operates as three distinct companies within the African region:
RLB South Africa: Formerly known as Pentad, RLB South Africa was established in 1997 and boasts a national staff count of over 100 full-time employees. Our offices are strategically located in Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, and Stellenbosch. We take pride in being a Level 1 B-BBEE contributor.
RLB Hooloomann (Mauritius): RLB Hooloomann is the result of a merger between RLB and Hooloomann & Associates. With 60 dedicated employees, our office is based in Quatre Bornes, Mauritius. The merger was formalized in 2018, but our combined presence in Mauritius dates back to 1987.
RLB Africa: Covering the rest of Sub-Saharan Africa, RLB Africa operates offices in Botswana, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, and collaborates with African Alliance partners in Angola, Namibia, and Nigeria.
