The Dhuvaafaru Magistrate Court is a lower-tier local court located on the island of Dhuvaafaru in Raa Atoll (Maalhosmadulu Uthuruburi), Maldives. It operates as part of the Maldivian judiciary under the Judicature Act (Act No. 2010/22), which establishes a magistrate court on every inhabited island outside the capital city of Malé. Historically, this judicial institution functioned as the Kandholhudhoo Court before the population relocated to Dhuvaafaru following the 2004 tsunami.More Information
