About Us
The Faresmaathoda Council is the governing body of GDh. Faresmaathoda, responsible for community administration and development. The council highlights needs such as expanding port space, increasing housing, restarting stalled infrastructure projects, improving road quality, enlarging the Friday mosque, and enhancing waste management. It works closely with the Women’s Development Committee to strengthen healthcare services, support residents with chronic illnesses, and improve access to medical testing on the island.More Information
