To progress to the PADI Instructor level, the candidates must have the PADI Divemaster level. 

PADI Instructor level is a two weeks program where the candidates will be trained to conduct PADI Experience Programs and certification courses 

 

PADI Instructor Development course is usually two weeks where the last two days an examiner from PADI will be doing an evaluation, prior to the certification.
