Certified Accounting Technicians (CAT) is one of ACCA’s foundation level course which is designed for people who are just starting out on their business education journeys and is the ideal way to gain an understanding of how business finance works. The course opens up new career possibilities – both in finance and beyond. 

If you are working in or interested in a finance-related role, CAT will give you the technical knowledge you need to perform your role and advance your career. It will also give you a head start towards further finance and accounting qualifications, including the prestigious and globally recognized ACCA Qualification.

Eligibility:

The World Bank COVID-19 Income Support Project was initiated to assist individuals whose employment was impacted by the pandemic. 

As per the project requirements, individuals without a job or working less than 20 hours per week (at the time of application) are eligible for this assistance (please refer to the Training Program Usoolu for more information).
Funding:

100% Government Funded

Allowance:

Monthly MVR 5,000 will be paid as a stipend subject to attendance.
