The National College of Policing and Law Enforcement (NCPLE) with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development is launching the Security Officers Initial Training (SOIT) opportunity which will be 100% funded training by the government.

The training is designed to give new security officers foundational knowledge in order to prepare them for a tough career in the security field. This training is essential for newly employed security officers to study and grow a challenging career as a professional security officer with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to accomplish daily responsibilities.
